RIGATONI (pasta) SILANA TYPE : Ingredients for two people : 160 grams of “rigatoni” (pasta), a pot of “bruschetta” mushroom from 190 grams, 20 grams pine nuts, 200 ml cream, parsley .
PROCESS: Boil the “rigatoni (pasta) in salted water, meanwhile heat in a pan the “bruschetta” mushrooms, pine nuts and cream, drain the pasta and add it to the mixture, stir over low heat adding to the end a handful of finely chopped parsley .
PROCESS : Lightly toast the bread slices, drained mushrooms and pour on a slice of bread, add 2 slices of cheese (pecorino), mushrooms, rocket leaves and cover with the other slice of bread .
SANDWICH SILANO TYPES : Ingredients : a sandwich, a spoonful of “bruschetta” mushroom from 190 grams, 10 slices of “schiacciata” (Calabrian salami), 3 slices of “caciocavallo” (cheese) .
PROCESS : Cut the sandwich in half, add slices of “caciocavallo” (cheese), the slices of “schiacciata” (Calabrian salami) and spread “bruschetta” mushroom, finally cover with the other halfof sandwich.
