PROCESS : Boil “orecchiette” (pasta) in salted water, meanwhile drain turnip tops from the oil and heat in the pan, drain “orecchiette” (pasta) and add it to the turnip tops, stir over low heat possibly adding a little water from the pasta cooking for a few minutes .
SAUSAGE WITH TURNIP TOPS : Ingredients for a person : 290 grams (a pack) turnip tops, 150 grams fresh red sausage .
PROCESS : Drain turnip tops from the oil, brown the sausage in a pan on low heat using little part of this oil, almost cooked add the drained turnip tops and stir over low heat for a few minutes
